A-DASH Collaborative -  Training on sexual harassment prevention, mitigation and reporting

Are you an outfitter or agency looking to train your team on sexual harassment and sexism in river workspaces? The A-DASH Collaborative provides sexual harassment prevention and mitigation training, policy review, and guidance on reporting processes. Best of all? All programming is developed by and for river people including outfitters, agency staff, guides, and the team at RMS. Watch a quick video on how the collaborative formed to meet a need in the river community, and why training with A-DASH might be the perfect fit for your river team.

River Management Roundtables

On the fourth Tuesday of each month, RMS hosts facilitated discussions where we work together to tackle common issues related to diversity, cultural competency, equity, and inclusion on rivers. We invite everyone who works on and for rivers (members and non-members) to join, ask questions and share solutions! We welcome suggestions for relevant topics and invite you to present on your areas of expertise.
