Another webinar in the series on river management in the time of COVID-19

State river managers have weighed in on what's working as we navigate river management in the time of Covid-19, and we want to share their input with the you! We will review and encourage discussion on their input as well as a report (Confluence Research & Consulting Report) which documents the emergence from lockdown and initial opening of rivers based on the input of more than 70 river managers across the United States from May 7-25, 2020. Please bring questions an comments. We look forward to sharing what we have learned with you!
This webinar is open to RMS members and non-members and will provide the most comprehensive information available from dozens of agencies. Dan Shelby (Confluence Research & Consulting) will lead the webinar. We have held two webinars thus far (5/14/20 & 5/18/20) to discuss states’ responses to the pandemic, and this will be a follow-up to share solutions that are working. For now, this is scheduled as the final webinar covering Covid-19 best practices, although we may host an end-of-year review to acknowledge practices as they evolve over the season.
