Access, Auction and Professional Learning Credit information

Accessing the Virtual Event

Symposium LogoThanks to all those who have registered for Mountain Creeks to Metro Canals, the 2021 River Management Symposium! Registration will close Saturday, April 10 at 5 p.m. EDT if you would still like to register! As you know, the event is virtual this year, so we wanted to make sure you understand how attendees will be accessing the program. Our schedule (including Zoom links) and all information related to the event (auction link, presenter and sponsor information, course credit info and more!) is hosted online and and via a mobile app called Guidebook, and sessions will take place in Zoom. When and how you access the event depends on how you registered:

  • Full Event Attendees: You should have received an email invitation from invitations(at)guidebook.com. If you have not received this, please check your Spam/Junk folders or search your email for this address. If you just registered within the last day, please keep an eye out for this email! We will be resending invites to folks who have not yet logged in. If you experience issues logging in, please email support(at)guidebook.com.
  • One Day Attendees: You will receive the same invite as full event attendees, but it will arrive in your inbox the night before your scheduled day.
  • One Session Attendees: You will not receive an invitation to Guidebook. Instead, we will send you the Zoom link for your session. If you have not let us know which session you plan to attend, please email the name of the session as well as date and time to bekah(at)river-management.org. You can check session dates and times in the draft program on the Symposium web page
