April 21 WSR Webinar: Section 7 and a Broader NEPA Analysis

In the fourth webinar of the series, participants learn how to incorporate the Section 7 process into a broader NEPA analysis or permit process for a proposed project. Presenters are Mollie Chaudet (retired USFS) and Jim MacCartney (River Manager, National Park Service, Region 1, Wild and Scenic Rivers Program). The main objectives of the webinar are: Intent of Section 7, Factors used in deciding  whether Section 7 applies to a project, Standards used to evaluate projects where Section 7 applies, Incorporating a Section 7 process into a NEPA analysis or permitting process, and Drafting a Section 7 evaluation and determination.

Registration is free for RMS members and $15 for non-members.
