Lodging and Transportation

The 2012 Symposium will take place at the Asheville Crowne Plaza.

The special lodging rate for 2012 Symposium registrants is $99 per room, plus tax (6.75% state, 4% occupancy).

A per diem rate of $86 for federal employees has been made available for federal employees, and state tax will be waived for per diem reservations secured with a government credit card. Guests who have booked rooms at the per diem rate will need to show a government ID when checking in.  All guests will be required to pay the 4% occupancy tax.

2012 Symposium rates were guaranteed until April 9, 2012. Rates for reservations made after April 9 will be subject to room availability.

The Asheville Airport is located nine miles south of downtown.
