Float the 2013 River Management Society River (Ranger) Rendezvous where the people who are managing the river for recreation and the people who are protecting water for instream flow will get together for unique and engaging discussions and hands-on practices.   This year's R(R)R will take place during a float on the upper Colorado River in Eagle County, Colorado where river recreation and water demand are growing to the point of collision.

The  full schedule will include a float, camp, and a unique, hands-on exercise of staking out a brand new primitive camping sites for and with officials from Eagle County, Colorado. Speakers from national organizations, river authors, and experts in water rights and open space, among others will speak to the group.

This year we are offering an extra training opportunity, a three-day Swiftwater Rescue Technician course taught by Rescue 3 and Dvorak Expeditions.

This event is brought to you by the River Management Society-Southwest Chapter, led by SW Chapter Vice President Jason Carey. Thank you, Jason and SW Chapter leaders!
