The River Management Society has a membership level for everyone interested in rivers -- from the professional to the interested citizen, from the career manager to the student just learning about rivers. MEMBERSHIP LEVELS AND DUES

PROFESSIONAL
$50/Year (or save $50 by renewing for $200/5 years!)
For individuals presently or previously dedicated to the study, protection or management of rivers.

ORGANIZATIONAL - Nonprofit / NGO
$60/Year

For nonprofit organizations.

ORGANIZATIONAL - Government / Corporate
$120/Year

For agencies (local, state, federal), businesses or other for profit organizations.

ASSOCIATE
$30/year
For individuals interested in rivers.

STUDENT
$25/year
Enrolled students only.

LIFETIME
$500 
For dedicated river people (individuals only).

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

*Over 400 RMS members are currently taking advantage of the RMS Listserve. The purpose of this service is to give RMS members another avenue to discuss river resource issues, post messages, solicit advice from other professionals, and/or announce events or job vacancies. As a subscriber, you may send a message to and will receive messages from the group.

This listserve is for RMS members only and is moderated by the RMS Executive Director. Any message that is sent to the listserve will be screened and posted, if appropriate, to the listserve. Messages that are not approved for the listserve will be returned to sender with an explanation.
