The Northwest Chapter is excited to host the annual River Ranger Rendezvous on the Snake River in beautiful Wyoming! For decades, this trip has brought together river rangers from across the country, and this year, we invite both rangers and other field-going river professionals to join the trip.

We'll hear presentations from river and resource professionals, policy makers, and collaborative working groups, as well as connecting with river rangers, managers, and other river professionals. Learn new skills to help your river program succeed.

Registration

Registration is $100, and RMS members receive a discounted rate of $75. This includes meals from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning and camping at the USFS station. Attendees should bring their own boat and gear or indicate if they'd like to hop in a raft with someone else—plenty of space will be available.

Payment upon registration is preferred, but if you need to pay later (e.g., Purchase Order), please select "invoice me" at checkout. Payment must be received by Aug. 1, 2025.

We encourage non-members to join RMS when they register, which allows river professionals to stay connected, receive river management news in their inboxes and mailboxes, and enjoy discounted registration for events and Symposia. Learn more about the benefits of membership on our Membership page.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel on or before July 31, 2025, we'll need to charge a $25 cancellation fee. If you cancel between Aug. 1-15, 2025, the charge will go up to 50% of what you paid. We will not be able to issue refunds after August 15, 2025, unless the program is cancelled by the RMS NW Chapter.
