Cancellation and Deadlines Policy

Register before April 1, 2010, to receive the early discount. On or after April 1, registrations will be accepted on a space-available basis at the higher registration rates.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be mailed after the symposium to those who cancel in writing on or prior to April 16, 2010. Any cancellations after April 16, as well as “no shows,” will not be eligible for refunds. All refunds are subject to a $30 processing fee.
